Creation of the first TV Broadcast on entrepreneurship in Belgium : series of 8 times 90 minutes following 6 candidates creating their business in one month.
5ft year on BelRtl (the largest French-speaking radio in Belgium) every morning on business.

Coaching young innovative entrepreneurs at MIT Sloan – Boston at the occasion of the Entrepreneurs Development Program in 2008 & 2009.
Creation and development of the Brussels Enterprises Agency (public institution) based on the merger of 2 public institutions (Technopol & Ecobru). Actual staff of 50 people, budget > 5.3 million€ – Chief Operation Officer – (2002 – …).
Reengineering of the Brussels Guarantee Fund – member from 1997 – Commissioner of the Government from 2002 to 2007- CEO from 2007 – … (30 millions € guarantee given to banks in 2009 for SME’s loans enabling a leverage of 40 millions€ of loans).
Reengineering of the Technopol of Brussels (2001) : New vision – mission statement – business model & Business Plan – merge with another institution.

Matrix of post merger opportunities of cross selling and synergies in the banking / insurance sector for products targeting SMEs (Post acquisition of HDP by P&V).
